Last year the A and CLA AMG models received a small facelift and now the GLA AMG gets an upgrade as well. The visual changes are minor: restyled front apron, a spoiler lip on the roof spoiler and a new air intake grilles. Like any other facelift also some new rim designs are available. Optionally buyers can choose for a AMG Dynamic Plus package with specific sports suspension, a mechanical front axle locking differential and an additional “Race” driving program. The 2 liter M133 engine with direct injection remains unchanged and still has an output of 381 hp and 475 Nm peak torque. The performance is still mindblowing: in 4,4 seconds the GLA 45 AMG 4MATIC sprints from 0 to 100 km/h. Theoretically a fuel consumption of 7,4 liter per 100 km according to the NEDC should be possible.

To celebrate the success of the ‘smaller’ AMG’s (A, CLA, CLA Shooting Brake & GLA), a special Yellow Night Edition will be available on all four models. They will come in night black or cosmos black paint in combination with matt graphite grey and yellow sections. Rims, rear mirrors, side skirts and rear diffusor with yellow accents also reveal that you are dealing with a Yellow Night Edition. The Yellow Night Edition requires an additional € 2,5k from your wallet.
